Happy Easter

I was going to try to create a witty blog entry about how Ricky discovered himself in the big bedroom mirror this morning and had a bit of a standoff with himself.. but alas, I'm not feeling very witty today.
Instead I'm just going to post a few pics of Kassa and Ricky having fun in the field that I have not cut in a few weeks.  It was really long at the back of the property because I scuttled my lawn mower blade last time I was out and didn't get a chance to finish up. Even though I was horrified at how long the grass was, Ricky and Kassa certainly seemed to enjoy it.

Lol, mirrors can be fun:) The first time Beryl saw herself in the mirror she tried to walk behind it to find the other dog! Now she just ignores mirrors. Frankie loves to lounge back on my lap and admire himself in the mirror that is on a wall to the side of the computer:)

That is an awesome paddock for the dogs! I can see why they love it so much.

I had a lot of laughs over the years with fosters and that first sighting of the mirror. I can remember one who was absolutely fascinated with her own reflection. I could just hear her telling herself "You are SOOOOOOOO good lookin'!"

I am still in total envy of that field! Mowed or not mowed, it still looks amazing!

Cute pictures! Those dogs look happy no matter what - short grass, tall grass, no grass!

Ricky is an unusual and flashy color!
